The basing was pretty straight forward and in person gives a real good dusty effect. I pumiced the bases with Vallejo Grey Pumice. I then added some Galeforce 9 sand and small rocks. A basecoat of an Arts & Craft Chocolate Brown paint followed with a black wash. Then a heavy hi-light with Vallejo Khaki and a lighter hi-light of Vallejo Dark Sand. Sprinkle in some Galeforce 9 Arid Grass...Viola!
Those Allied raiders will have a hard time of it now!
